The first edition has been held within the Out of the Box event in the Fairmont Hotel SZR.
Chefs, Hotels and Restaurants have been awarded the Green Star for their commitment to sustainability and in particular to reduce the impact on nature, cut waste in the kitchen and design the new luxury, under these tenets.
The Awards are part of the campaign for Sustainable Eating in the United Arab Emirates (www.uaeating.ae).
